Sound like a good idea and it will also make more people to leave the idea of traning players and sell them all the time like pkayers farm and those who will give a player a warm house for 5 seasons will also benfit from it...and it's realistic (:

maybe you could include that into the marketing income of next season, that player who re long into your team will have a bigger impact on the marketing then new ones.
