obviously there are problems which should be solved. if there is a huge drop off, then game should let us dictate the exact minutes played by the player. there are ways to get a close number if not the exact 48, but still there is not a total control over training. i do not know if there is an idea about changing the whole gameplay, to a more in-the-game mode for managers, but both gameplay and training need more detailed versions to increase the entertainment in a logical way.

That's what makes the game fun. You need to be good enough to manage your team and analyze your opponents to maximize minutes played. For example, if youre going to crush a team, your bench will get ALOT of playing time and that sort of thing. You just have to be smart about your players and the game as a whole

adjusting playing time of players is neither a skill of management nor fun for me. gameplay needs more details if the fun is concern here. things to distribute minutes among players are not secret for sure.

i disagree, i think how long a player plays is up to the coach not the manager, we can try to influence the coach with the depth chart but occasionally he does his own thing to some extent ( when you blow out a team or get an injury to a key player)

I got blown out by about 25 in a scrimmage but somehow my coach decided to play all my staters at least 46 minutes each! lol.

Nah, your starters will get benched if YOU are up by 20 (or 25?). Your starters stayed in the game to catch up while your opponent's starters were back in the bench. I looked at the replay with 6 minutes left in the game and I saw only 1 starter from the opposing team in the court.

That's why when I play scrimmage, I always challenge teams way better than me and play I 'patient' (to lower my score) so my trainees get the right minutes.

Are you aware of an option to dress specific desired number of players? Like five?

What if 1 player fouls out, 1 player gets injured, and another player gets a stray bullet in the head?

As long as they didn't play at training positions you are ok. Well, you could lose a scrimmage, but who cares.

So when you're left with two players, or for argument's sake let's say you're left with one, the match doesn't become a walkover?
