I believe that lvl 4 is great for casual trainers( I mean not training fot the NT) and lvl 6-7 is great for the NT trainers, beacause I believe that every NT trainer including me, would kill for those two weeks in a season especially when the trainee had got a injury or something.

Well i rate my team success much higher than to produce NT players, and i have 3 of them, with 4rth coming soon. If u want to be a farm team, and u dont care to win then u can afford to pay for 6-7 trainer...

it's not just about training. lvl 6-7 trainer coaches the game better(substitutions, time-outs...) - if you let him choose the lineup, of course

didn't you know that? also if you get a bad skilled doctor, his drags might lead to an anti-dopping control fail :P

Personally I the first thing I did when I took over this team was get myself a Level 10 Waterboy! I find that having a level 10 waterboy, instead of 8 or even 9 causes my cheerleaders to dance better, and this dude really affects the way the popcorn pops! haha :-)

I personally think it depends on the deal you can get. When I first started I was forunate enough to get a top level mentor, and a few others that are high level coaches to bounce ideas off of. Everyone I spoke to was in agreement that I didnt need any higher than Level 4. However, I had earlier success than we anticipated so I started looking for a deal on a Level 5 guy. I noticed a ton of Level 5 guys selling for over 300K and even much higher....so I kept tracking, made some bids on some guys, but was patient....I finally got one for 153K (still a little more than I wanted to spend) and only 28K a week...everyone who origonally told me not to go for a Level 5 guy says I got a great deal.

I am good with my level 5 guy for a while...but probably early next season I will start scouting for a Level 6 guy, and again, be patient and let the right deal fall to me.

I think the succinct answer to these questions is, clearly a higher level Trainer or staff member is better than a lower level staff member.

However, if you overpay for the higher level guy, the cost outweighs the benefit. IF you overpay for a guy, then the answer for you is that you are better with the lower level guy. If you get a deal, than the answer for you is that you are better with the Higher level guy

So be patient, and do it right the first time, so it doesnt cost you as much in the long run.
