An allstar guard will make it to 60-80k max with out being over trained. It really sucks once you get to that point and you've trained them for so long and you can no longer. The lowest potential guard I will train is Superstar for single position training. No point putting in the effort if you can't get real far


I havent seen any Allstar potential player without * having more than 73-75k salary. The soft cap is around 45-65. From 65 to 72~ is just 1 skill up on the primaries.

I'd prefer to keep the stats hidden but I wouldn't mind a discussion on what people think are the best skills to train early while you have age as an advantage and which to put off til later. With my guards I tend to try and push OD and JS/JR early and leave Ha and Dr until he is around 20 then train single pos HA to have them catch up and get an extra OD boost.

Others thoughts?

Great player, my favorite player on the whole Whitney Wildcats organization. I let him play starter mostly every game even though he isn't the best small guard on the team.

Can anyone tell me, for a newer team, is it better to single position train one MVP 19-21 YO to make him your star/get him a higher salary or train multiple positions?

But anyway, best and only rookie:

Well he is 19. :( But i still think he has great potential to become a great player. I think his MVP potential sorta makes up for his age. Not to mention his stats are fantastic.
