If you're using Photoshop, there's an animation tab where you can great the animation frame by frame as you want it. Then you can save that file as a .gif That's how it did it.

Haha, that's certainly not a true statement! I've not made one now for about a 9months, way too time intensive since i got a proper job! lol.
