Because Italy has like 2000 more teams and is an overall more stronger BB country than us.


u would say, it is because the first division is weaker, because also leagues like serbija gets more money who are smaller then the US and i won't say that they are overall stronger in the BB because they don't play a big role international but it seams that they have a high competive league(with big payrolls).
