Depends I suppose, especially on tactics you want to employ. For example, if you wish to play Princeton, you' rank passing, driving and jump shot as the three most important skills.
As I see my trainee as a PF first and sometimes Big man SF (Like Lamar Odom), I rate his JS, OD and Passing the highest. Luckily he had a good JR and handling base skills when I started with him in my team.
So for guard skills, I'd say JS, PA, OD, HA, JR, DR.
I find his OD causes lots of matchup issues with other bigs who don't have passing or handling, and helps against those who do have JS, especially when he shifts over to SF when I play a big lineup.
