Outside Shooting: 3 weeks (for jump shot and range of course) Hopefully getting at least 3 or 4 pops

This way, if things go as planed he could look like this...

Weekly salary: $ 3 341
Role: draws a paycheck
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 8400
Age: 18
Height: 5'9" / 175 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: respectable

Ich don't think so. I have a 5'9 trainee, 19 now. JR takes at least 2,5 weeks I would say. So maybe in 5 weeks you can get to JS average, JR respectable.
Don't train HA or DR! They'll grow anyway. DR is the most efficient training cause it gives good secondaries at good rate, so you can leave it until last. I'm also a believer of IS > DR school. With just high DR he will drive into opposing bigs a la TJ Ford:)

I'd just caution that I did get 4 pops in 6 weeks but he likely had a high sub-level so you might get 4 but I can guarantee that you'll at least get 3. If you want him to have a nice start you could always train OD for 10 weeks to get him up to Prolific-Sensational. IMO I wouldn't worry about JS/JR just yet if you're in a low division (like I am) because a high OD will shut down the other team's scorers if you're in a low division and will make you competitive very quickly. Others will probably disagree but if you single train him over the next two years in OD and Passing then you'll have an excellent defensive players who can pass and then you can round out his other skills over the following 3 years. That's what I'm doing with my 5'9 guy. Also, your player's salary won't increase substantially for a couple of years regardless of what you train.

I wish there were pigmen. You get a few of these pigmen walking around I'm looking a whole lot better. Then if somebody wants to fix me up at least they could say, Hey he's no pig-man!

Thats pretty cool.

heres some of my data I might as well share in reguards to the topic.

OD

Ricky mclean
Age: 18
6'6" / 198 cm
6 weeks trained in Outside Defense

4 OD pops.
1 ID pop.

I don't buy this. At 6 ft 6, in 6 weeks, you'd be fortunate to get 2 pops in OD out of him. 3 would be near impossible, and 4 is a big no way! 1 pop every 1.5 weeks traing Pressure on a 6 ft 6 guy?
