i would add passing to the basic aquirements, because if you have an SF who could pass and defend, he is usefull at both end with every tactic you could play. Maybe not so powerful like the right scorer, but more versatil.

u have to listen players with much more experience than you in the game.TIE will make him play worst than play normal.thats a fact even u r like or not.
