i seriously doubt a hidden team chemistry factor. I haven't seen anything like that. As for experience, it has MAJOR importance. More experienced players will always put up good numbers

i have a player with prominent experience but didnt put up a big numbers.

I have a player which has 11 experience and most of the times he plays very well, despite not really good skills. So i think that's at least some EXP's merit

But there should be in my opinion. When I think about those teams that buy huge monster players just to win last couple matches, then sells player again... I would like to see something like... very bad game shape for new players or team chemistry factor to prevent managers from doing this so quickly.

And this is coming from a NT coach? Are you sure you are qualified for the job??

Thank you for your words! I think experience matters the most in 4th quarter, when a player with high experience will choose the correct move most of the time (shoot/drive/pass/foul) while an inexperienced one will struggle more often than not.
