With all those new features that are introduced to the game every couple of weeks it is not a big surprise that some bugs and downtimes occur.

Everyone complaining should stop paying supporter and leave the game.

I would agree wiht you that when there's a problem, the communication could stand to improve. But that assumes that the BB's are all watching this site 24/7 too and that's highly unlikely. They need to sleep, go to the their day jobs and live their lives.

It would be enough to have a few senior GMs with their email and phone contacts.

Obviously we have a problem in BB with monitoring. It's not really hard to have your servers message you when the training has gone through. I understand, that when guys were doing this on their own, reaction time would be slowish. Now there is a team doing this. If you have a full time job, how hard is it to monitor the really important events of this game. You have a training day. Log on to the server at the time the first training should run. If things do not seem to move or minutes for those players still appear after the training is run, you better start fixing it right away. Same with game days, check the first games that run. Playoffs should be even a bit more important. Sure there might be bugs that cause the games to stop running after there has been an unforseen event in one of the later games. I agree that fixing those might be a bit more challenging. But all this can be handled by monitoring the forums and message alerts from the server. Imo there is no excuse to not reacting right away if no games run or no trainings run. You know when the first event for both of these happen. Monitor that!

I placed lot of confidence on BB's on the past, but now it's time they show us their interest for the game.

If BB's aren't able to fix the bugs, i prefer a lockdown for 1 week after play-offs instead of having again on season 18 continuos bugs.

Given that I understand that BB's have lives and this game is not their primary job, I have some suggestions:

1) Monitor: as I said I know BB's have lives, but there are few appointments in a week, such as training and games. This means someone has to check if the procedure has started well or there are problems to be solved. It's not a 24/7 monitoring, it's just a moment of the day.
2) Improve communication: when a bug comes out, just say it. I know this game can be very complicated, and something can go wrong, that's fine... but say it. Most of the times we see an advice 2 or 3 hours later...
3) Fix, not add: I like some minor additions (blog, scrimmage page, more saved searches in TL, etc...), but what I'd like (we'd like) is to finally fix these problems that have been around for too long. Instead developing cross "damn it" training, or things like that, it would be nice to see known bugs finally fixed.

Moreover, I want to clarify I'm not complaining nor angry, I don't pay a dollar for this game so I'm just laughing about those situations, that's fine for me. But some people pay for it, and I understand they can get angry. So I'd say supporter people should get 1 month more for free? Or maybe everybody should get 1 month and supporter 3 months? I think people would stop complaining.

And one more: please shut down the website for a couple days when in post-season process. Just put an advice, the website will be down for a day, have fun. When everything comes back up, the post-season has been run and everybody will be happy, believe me.
