1) What have you acheived in your BB career that gives you an advantage over the other Candidates?
I've made it to the NZBL which the others havent. I usually (every season except last) do well with a salary below the average salary, which is what we're usually up against
2) What do you see as the main function of the U21 Manager? Further, are there other aspects to the role where you feel you would perform better than other Candidates, if so, why?
I see the main function as being able to win games. That entails informing owners about training, keeping the community alive and having the best game/enth strategy. I think my experience in BB is my greatest asset compared to the other candidates

How will you keep other managers informed? (eg. offsite)

Offsite when it gets sorted and also by BB mail. I'm fairly active in the forums so that will be another way.

Will you help the manager that have a player that is worth being in the NT, and HOW?

I would definately help, I think staying in touch with the owners is the best way.
Whether it be by BBmail or forums (offsite & onsite)

(1) How do you prioritize training between primary and secondary skills, both in your trainees, and when giving advice to others?

- Primary skills are the most important while training your trainees but secondary skills are important but not as much as primary. When giving advise I would say the train the players primary skills and if he has a chance to train a few of the players secondary skills.

(2) What role do you see the U21 Manager taking in terms of giving advise on training (i.e. how hands-on do you think the Manager needs to be when developing the team)?

- In giving advise it is mostly important to let the trainer know what I would like to see to make the U21 and the NT being successful and the manager must be full devoted in training his trainee.

I would say they both have to be equal and it should help the team progress.
