At the moment it is Iwen, mllama, Leeroy or me. Just PM one of us with the details.

Omo Worraker (21092682)
Center
Owner: Cowgers
Weekly salary: $ 7 128
Age: 19
Height: 6'10" / 208 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Salary is a reasonable but with his potential you will need to be careful. I would suggest trying to make him a PF not a C if you want to have a great player for the long run, but on the other hand to make the Aussie U21 team you will need to smash the primaries.

His potential is nowhere near good enough - with that potential, he wouldn't be able to make it onto the lowest ranked U21 team in the world.

Also, have you been Crunch Timing most of your games? You know that's a really bad idea, right?

You're doing it way too often which kills your enthusiasm, which is why you're losing even when you do CT. You need to do it once or twice a season at the absolute maximum (not including playoffs). You're doing it once a week. Just normal or do Take It Easy for most games. Read about "Enthusiasm" in the game manual.

with starter potential, he will barely make a good div 4 player.. but this has been mentioned many times b4 and ignored, so i dont see why this time will be any different...

The funny thing starter potential can be useful in some nations, in India we had a starter who was a backup bigman last season. In Australia no way. However an even funnier thing is he does have someone worth training. How lucky, after his first pick was a $2k 6th man he lucked out on an 19yo superstar in the third round!

Christian Murphy (22818052)
Shooting Guard
Owner: Dianella Big Cats
Weekly salary: $ 3 519
Age: 19
Height: 6'3" / 190 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: strong

Christian says: "I'm new and I will make an impact here."

Christian Murphy was pick 37 in the season 17 draft by Dianella Big Cats.

This is the guy he should be concentrating on yet I see all he has played is SG.

Crazy Australian, here is what you must do. Please do it.

1) Get a level 4 trainer at least but with no more than a $30,000 a week salary (as close to $10,000 a week as possible).
2) Set your training to pressure for PG.
3) Play both Christian Murphy and Zviad Gulbani at least 48 minutes a week at the PG position.
4) Wait a few weeks.
5) Like magic they will get better.
6) Once they both have at least prominent outside defence switch to passing for PG.

If you must give Ian Statton the extra minutes then do it but you would be better off just ignoring him and training Jaime Haya instead.
