You could reach that goal, but how long does it take.

Handling, JS, Rebound will take four seasons of training and then what? Five more seasons for the other skills? Maaaaaaan.

EDIT: before you start calling me clueless again... As I said I have been there and have done that with two of my own players. Once they become decent players they either become too old to get more training, or they run out of potential for those one or two pops that would turn them from very good players into worldclass players. Especially if we are talking about SFs.

It would take about 5-6 seasons. Usually you want to get out of the way the one-position skills like OD, ID and PA and then finish it with some 2-position training (RB, 1 on 1, JS) where you can train more players. Of course I'm not saying he shouldn't train 1 on 1 for next two seasons, but just focus on getting player's one-positions skills up there as quickly as he can.

before you start calling me clueless again

I didn't call you clueless before you did that.

I implied it? Haha, who started with things like BS, dude? If you read what you want to read, that's not my problem. I didn't want to imply anything until you started with clueless.

I definitely made stupid mistakes in the begnning, by choosing the wrong guys to train - Allstar Potential and 40k salary players were like demi god players ten seasons ago.

I would make him a good PF. JR is too low for a SF and training it would be slow at that height. Would give him more OD/Passing to start, then move onto his inside skills, with one on one and JS later.
