I can agree with this. I ran Motion a lot in the past, and now I run more LP. I have noticed that my PG with 11 JS/JR attempts way more 3s than anyone on my team. In comparison, I have guards with 10 JS/6 JR, 10 JS/5 JR, 11 JS/7 JR. In fact, last season my PG was 41-128 from three, while the others were 15-60, 7-31, and 21-66. This season I have run LP for the most part, and my PG has gone 5-23. The others have so far has produced 3-16, 0-8, and 5-18. Does anyone know if a change in tactics can affect a player's three point shooting?

I am sure this is true, as my players don't have enough HA/DR/PA imo. Could their +10 JS be a factor?
