@Icce

A national team MUST HAVE MONSTER PLAYERS.

@GM-Revo

There are a lot of more important skills than SB. I would prefer instead HA, DRI, PA. SB increases the salary, so imo it is enough at level 10. But this level is necessary in international matches.

To train IS and ID is not a wast of time. Leader teams rosters have SG-s, who have a level 13-14 IS, and 9-10 of ID with 8-9 STAMINA(stamina is extremely necessery). This players can win matches for their teams. Train this players a lot of seasons.... But have to do it.

@vendabal

Offcourse you have to have monster players. I just like them a little more balanced.

@Revo

2-3 Zone is (in my experience) not exactly effectual against LI, at least not as strong as "it should be"

IS is in my opinion a very important factor for LI guards, I trained my guards that. My teams guards have mostly 8+ IS.

@Vendabal:
there are a lot of way's to have monster players. You can create monster mismatch players, or you can create 300k + players.

another question for the Nt managers:

When asking certain training on NT players, do you warn the players about the salary their players are at that moment in the season, or do you keep that fact hidden in an attempt to create monsters, who destroy teams economies and who are meant to be kept by so-called farm teams.

I don't wanna create 300k+ monster players. I know players who have for example IS 19, ID 19 REB 12-13 at about 200K salary.

I will never fool users. England needs people who want to train for the country and needs teams which have strong economy...

Yes these players have around 200k salary..But RB 12,13??? This is far to low for the nt, dont you think?
In Luxembourg that was the main problem, not good enough passers and not good enough rebounders..I rather see players with 17 IS and at least 15 RB, than 19 and RB only 12...Rebounds are extremelly important...

For those who train players I believe they already know the effects of training, but offcourse you tell them about training effects...Players who are around 23 years old and already have quite high primary skills (for example: IS 16, ID 16, RB 16), if a manager cannot afford to train these skills, it is very good if they train DR for a season or so...It has minimal salary impact, but is very important for having a much higher shot %.

Like the other candidates have said 5th would be a reasonable goal for this season. Will we try to be better, of course, but 5th would be a decent season.

As for JR it's something I mean to look into, from all the info I've ever gathered/heard it seems like a waste(for the most part, obviously some is needed to maintain diversity). But I've just recently heard that Poland alway has high JR on their U21/NT players(sometimes higher than their JS), and it's something I mean to look into.

Can't say I'm impressed with the comments on JR.

As I've said in previous elections, if JR is less than 15 on an NT guard, it may as well be 9 as 12 as both are useless at helping you score three=point shots. And that's assuming something like 14+ DR.

England needs a 20JS 16JR guard with 17OD, 16DR and 9PA, which is a big ask and a lot of salary to carry at SG for any team. But we still need one!

This is unequivocal. I said: need to monsters. For example in Hungary there is Róbert Böcz with this skill, but he has 19DRI and 16PA and his salary never was more than 230K...
9PA in SG is terrible.

9PA is terrible if JS/JR isn't 20/16... it's not so bad when you can hit your shot

And what about the offensive flow and turnovers? Without offensive flow a team can't win.

You can say that about anything.
