Well, even though I put together what I thought was a very good application for this position, I must admit I didn't think I was going to get the job.

Thanks Iwen for putting the faith in me to do this, I look forward to the challenge. :)

Good work iwen on coming up with such a talented team of staff in such a short notice.

I would've put my hand up to help too but I have to look at reports that you guys put thru!

If there were no cheats in this world, then it would all be fine and dandy, but that is not the case.

Why we're on that subjects, Koops, perhaps you can answer a question for me. I recently gave my 8yr old son internet access (prepaid so I can monitor ir). If, hypothetically, he were to create a BB account (which I helped him maintain) would this violate any rules?

Secondly, if not, why not?

I don't think he is old enough or interested enough to have a team in BB but it did get me thinking. Obviously guys do this. I'm an honest bloke and would never do this but...

...like I said, I was curious as to how you guys keep up with users and extra accounts?

Cheers in advance for any info.

I was thinking the same thing. My 13 year old likes basketball and was interested in what would happen if he got his own team.

My flatmate plays BB, it's ysually fine if you tell the GM you'll be playing on the same IP. Dire gave us the go ahead a few seasons back

I would strongly recommend against this cos it qualifies as "babysitting" and that is against forbidden in the BB Rules of Conduct. http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/rules.aspx?nav=Rule....

Like what Leeroy said, if you have two BB accounts under one roof e.g siblings/friends living under one roof, then its OK to create two accounts under that IP, as long as you let the GM's know.

Also any player transfers between these accounts will be monitored closely and if violations have been breached, bans and fines will be issued.

It's a very hairy situation which is why you should just stick to one account. Its hard enough to manage one account as it is.
