i have in mind, having what you are saying. which is age, minutes being played and how he plays in those games. is it base on time played or the manner he played also for example training in jump shoots but if the player manner of play mostly were just rebs and assist and seldomly takes the shot woudl it affect the training?

the only thing that defines how your player's training is going to be is the number of minutes he has played on the positions you are training. The type of training and positions trained considered are the ones set on the moment of the update on fridays. He needs 48 minutes per week on any of those training positions to receive 100% of training. Doesn't matter what the player does in the games.

Doesn't height also factor in for some trainings?

Yes, taller players train in the "inside skills" better, while shorter players train better in the "outside skills"

Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score

yes Height influences on the training, and also Age, the level of the Trainer, the number of positions trained, etc.

But nothing the player does in the game (except his minutes) affect his training.

another queston, in order to get the max of the training a player should get 48 minutes or more am i correct. is this weekly meaning, if for example if this week a player having only played 35 minutes overall in this week, whatever the outcome when next week comes its all reset?

every friday 8a.m. U.S. eastern time the training update happens. At that exact moment, the number fo minutes that your players played on the training positions on the 3 last games (last saturday, tuesday and thursday) is summed up and if he played 48 minutes or more on those positions summing those three games, he will get full training. Less minutes, less training.

Then when a new week starts, is the same deal. What happened on the previous week doesn't matter.

your saying summed up, what if i put a strategy i allow a certain player to play only one game but et him have 48 minutes and the rest he doesnt. does his playing is to remain 48 or no matter what the circumstances is it is to be divided by 3 since in one week it has 3 games. then what comes out there could determine your training of the player?

there is no division by three, it's simply the week total (just the sum, like I said before).
