Suggestion for stamina.

We managers hate to give up training for stamina (and also free throws in the past). So i have 2 suggestions adressing this problem:

-make some sort of a training complex to train stamina on its own (just like free throws)
-let the stamina level increase if a player plays a lot of games/minutes and decrease if a player plays very few games.

I like the first one better, but the second one is not far behind it. Whatever you would choose, the weekly increase should be little, because stamina only has 9 levels. But (positive) changes should be made in this field.

Regards

It would make sense to connect total minutes of playing over time with injuries and stamina. We would start practicing load balancing and players six to ten (or eight) would become more important.

Thanks for the answers Marin.

One thing I remember that I asked and wasn't answered here is about players salaries formulas.
Even if with the new GE outside tactics will be as good as inside ones, outside-oriented players are still much more expensive to build than inside-oriented ones. Do you plan to fix that ?

Thanks

Thank you Marin!

While we are at it, can we also do something to counter reverse patient? Just like 5-player-teams, it is simply not realistic.

Thank you for the answers...

Is there any way that we can run 4 out-1 in or even 5 out like Dallas Mavs do?

Does anyone have any idea?

3-2 zone makes reverse patient useless.

Thanks for the info. What I actually meant to say was we should be able to determine the defensive matchups by players' name. The fact that people just swap the positions of the players, make opponents' defensive matchups useless and get away with it is just ridicilous. Of course, we can't hinder managers choosing to go that way but in my opinion, it should be heavily discouraged. It is simply not realistic, therefore I am passionately against it.

Do you guys look NBA?

In playoffs lots of team use 6-7 players only, which should not be considered as a problem.
I think it is ok to use 6-7 rosters in B3 but only in B3.

The real problem is a normal team should have at least 8 players for regular season.
