If you ask me, the number of skilled players a team is in a position to offer on the market per season is one of the main issues that still hasn't been addressed.
It appears you only have 3 skilled players. And you're dominating your country's top division.
Seems to me anything you say to managers who are experiencing economic problems can be quite readily discarded.
