Does anyone know how to avoid situation in friendlies where subs gets most of the minutes and starters much less because my team is winning big?
when I need one player to get most minutes and other to get some I put them as starter and as sub but often happens that starter gets much less minutes as coach thinks that when team is leading big he can use only subs

Put that player as starter and bench of the same position. Then put your sub as your reserve. That way your player will still play if there is a blowout. And the reserve will sub for him if he gets tired. But I think that player gets more minutes compared when he is only put as starter only.

if u want that your team wins every match it is more effecive if we use the Depth Chart until 4th.....just read the rules..

what stand in the rules that you believe that?

I like the let coach decides thing, as an NT manager where is it nothing about managing minutes and the result are very similiar to the depth chart decision, maybe the backup played a bit more.

If the player played this week 7 min and got injured for 1 week, will he get stamina training?

yes even when he isn't healthy next wekk and you train stamina again he will get training.
