Typically, employees get periodical raises of their salaries almost everywhere, so the "no reality" claim is overstated, at least.

but they have to show better result if they wanna get more and here they get more and more without increase of feedback as players do.

No, not necessarily.

it is not the most realistic mechanism but it is manageable and not based on luck so after all it is ok for this type of game. And that is far from stupid.

First, sorry, english is not my first, second, and even not third language. Ok ok, maybe third, but it's poor guys, don't be mad.
So. I think every sports manager's creators wants, that their game would be similar with the reality. if it is like the real world, it much interesting. The current system looks far away from the reality really. Overall staff wages is too big. Then I started play this game, my staff wages was double bigger than my players. Even now my assistant wage is bigger than my most expensive player. There's the logic here? Do you see the team in the real world, witch gets into debts to the medics or smth?
- Oh god, we must sell Kobe Bryant because our scout is too expensive !
I think is stupid. Zyzla's suggestion is a litle more close to reality, and thats all we need if we want improve this game. Plus - if the staff wages would be reduced it would be great, $ can be taken from us different ways : arena effect, TV money....

All you seem to be asking for is a visual change. If you got less TV money but also paid less scouting money you'd be happy?

I agree with you.. it's more or less just a cosmetic change... less here more there but in the end comes down to the same... and I honestly don't get the whole "reality thing"... reality sucks, that's why we play games... the more realistic the game the less fun it becomes... changes are good, but changes towards hyper reality or just for the sake of change are bad...

the point is that you cant make long term planing for your team as your staff gets more and more every week... many of users are asking that staff would have some skills, so it would be normal if wage would rise then some skill pops up...

any way contracts system would still left need to change staff cause contract would expire but you would pay same wage every week so you could do some planing and be calm that you wont need to change you staff in 10week for example cause you are not able to keep him, cause he takes half the wage what you all players together... At least I have never seen any there else that coach would get more then teams best player gets per week

The current system works fine. You know how much you're staff salary is going to raise during the season so with a little math you can calculate exactly how much you will pay the staff during the season. Signing you staff with frozen wage does not make you look at the staff TL constantly. BB want this TL also monitored constantly. If you can not do the simple math required to manage you're staff perhaps you should start signing lvl1 dudes.

i don't know i don't see a managing game, where you have to make paperwork etc.

Normally they try to adept few things from the reality to their universe, and try to make a funny game out of it^^

Even now my assistant wage is bigger than my most expensive player. There's the logic here? Do you see the team in the real world, witch gets into debts to the medics or smth?

if you offer then more money they will accept, maybe you just hired to good staff for your team.

I think is stupid. Zyzla's suggestion is a litle more close to reality, and thats all we need if we want improve this game.

after the implementation from taxes and lawsuits this would be fine ;) At the point i am thinking they find a good compromisss betwenn planning abillity and that you have to do something with the staff.

OK. This is a great idea, but I think that another solution could be much simpler:

No raise in staff fees after you sign them until the end of the season!

The staff fee would be the same every week for the whole season, and it would be much easier for a manager to keep track of how much he's spending.

On ZyZla's 24 week suggestion, this is much too long. Until the end of the season or 12 weeks would be a better time period.
