i agree with you that if i would have picked a better offense and a better defense it could have worked out bigger in my favour. however, you dont know before hand what my opponent will pick. So i picked one that wouldnt be right or wrong. Wrong would have been 3-2 as defense and look inside as offense.

If it's very high you shouldn't wonder why he scores a lot ;-)

I'm sorry I can't get very deep into this, but I'll try and say something...

Again, comparing them salary wise, since this should be a good indication as to how good a player is.

Yep, like you said salary + gameshape + enthusiasm is a pretty good way to summarize game-day strength early in the season.

Looking at salaries, you win at SG, SF, and PF, while Gausons wins at PG. C is a tie. The difference at PF is not as huge as you think. The differences at PG and SG are more important. Overall, you seem to have better starters and would expect to win at home.

How on earth can he have a strong IS rating?

Why not? They played Look inside with good PF/C and their SF (Ovalle) is a big guy.

How can my PF only score 10 out of 28 when he is much better than the other PF and C together

He's not better than them together. You just pay him that much. Anyway, your PF outscored their PF quite nicely.

have look at the stats for Wu Yilong my best player. How can he get a 3 as rating in the game played on the 11th of june

He played at SG where he probably isn't very effective.

You should have played 2-3 zone in this game (I don't know if that was known before the game) and perhaps you should upgrade your PG. Sell your expensive PF, too?

That's it.:) When you succeed with luck in your tactics you win, and the otherway-around, you lose. And when you take the secure way like you did in this match, it can be a win or loss... This sums it up.:)

i forgot to add, when handling is most important for offensive flow, lets put this to a test. will put my guy with highest handling skill and second highest handling skill at pg and sg in my next PL game. last game I had respectable and respectable. I can get prolific and prominent. which is quite a lot higher. my offensive flow than should be quite a bit higher too than.

Test it if you can afford (losing skills on other positions then). Also, don't lose any passing skills.

like i said before. if this is the case, than i will stop playing and play the lottery. i want to win games because i am the better trainer, the better manager and have the better team, not because i am more lucky.

If you have a team good enough, much better than your opponent, like you possibly now had, and home advantage, then you win although you don't succeed with the tactics, so there you have what you want... For example, if you'd pick the worst possible tactics against us, you'd still win, you are so much before us in training etc..:)

yes, single sided players do have highsalaries compared to all-around players

thats depend on the skills, i could show you OD 10 player with less then 5k salary, and 5-7 skill in the other guard ares - could you do that with Jumpshot?

Driving training is also very cheap for the salary etc.

thanks alot wally.

an answer i really can work with.

I expected the game to be close indeed. However, i have never trained stamina, how can he score .6% in the first half and that fade away so badly, when I have (most likely) better shooters all round and come back so big time. just not realistic in my opinion... Or is this home advantage kicking in?

Why is the difference at PF not so big, could you try and explain to me? I have a PF with 3 times tremendous skill. Looking at transfer fees other teams spend, salaries these players have etc not many guards in my league have tripple trem skill let alone the PF he played. so how could it be closer than it looked?

What is your opinion on what influences offensive flow? mine was quite poor and is always quite poor and my passing/handling skills are really not that bad. I have trained it quite a few times.

I wont upgrade my PG, he is just a surplus trainee. I always thought a SG is more important to a team because he is the guy that scores alot. DO you reckon that the PG is more important simply because he regulates offensive flow? (something other people mention in this post)...

With regards to the 3 rating for my PF, you right my mess up, had a trainee injured and put him there. thanks for clearing that up :)

have a look at english div II leagues. a strong team rating skill is very high...

especially looking at the kind of wages he has. again i have to keep repeating myself, wages doesn say everything but it says alot.

with this salary i manage strong IS too in past days, even without using a big guy as SF ;)

The different in your centers look huge salary wise, both the skills aren't much different exspecially when they use relativ differences like they do today.
