In other news my season is a little different from my last trip to the ABBL. One win for the season last time, now after somehow beating Billy Hoyles Boys I am 5-1 with the 3rd best record in the ABBL. Is it just me or between tankers, bots, cut price rosters is the ABBL a lot easier than last time I was here? Or maybe it is just the Great 8.

Scary thing is that I have enough moolah stashed away that I could buy 5 x 300 k players and keep them for the rest of the season

I suspect it is not just you. Koop is rolling in money. BHB sold a few guys last season. Bryce seems to always have unlimited funds. Thats just on our side I can't imagine what mllama and Dire may have stashed back from seasons 10 and earlier when they could have income of $800,000 a week and compete with a $200,000 roster.

Most of the early advantage in funds got eaten up by the rampant depreciation of players... I was paying $4m back then for players that you'd prolly get for 300K these days. That kills cash pretty quick.

ive never spent that sort of money on players

most ever $1.1 million on the don a big 50k c way back in s13

spent $1 million on ofek & santos

got rad as a raw 18yo for $300k in s10 a mega price back then for me id never spent more than 100k on a player before

Subirà was 600k

spent $700k on Mohamed & hoping to sell him 4 1/2 that now

i spent a massive amount of $900k on angel in season 15 worth $200k now

wang cost me a mega $900k dont know what i was thinking but now he is 100% goldfish & getting better every week

but the $4mill u talked about would buy my whole team except xie wang & willy

But he is the bomb! He can play anything from SG to PF really well and probably can fill in at PG or C if needed. Like my guy Sperbert, I have played him at every position except C and Lawrance, I have played him at every position except PG.
