Actually I'm quite impressed how well you're doing in your private league at the moment. Long term your recipe could well be the best. I'll keep looking out for the Czech NT to break through as well...

but there is also the possibility, that you loose the money you save at the salarys could be lost in the lose of value especially through the age.

At least i ain't sure that my Dachsbau(maybe the top club PF, yeah i am modest) is a smart investment.

I just couldn't help the "your part of the world" pun, since we're sitting maybe 400 kilometres apart ;-)

I seriously doubt about that.the big countries are going toward this direction from some seasons, except maybe for China who is still pumping up their player thanks to the farms,so,while Hostivar could have a great future with a team full of good czech manager,at NT level there isn't a very new strategy against other Nt to close the gap due mainly to the smaller userbase

however I hope them the best luck for their Nt ;D

As I can see many listed players from other NT's I'm not sure they are already on this way. And my strategy is not new, we don't start it right now but many seasons ago. And also NT is not about huge userbase so much. 10-15 players can be enough and it's possible to make this players in country of our size (Switzerland has similar userbase).

I'm pretty sure they are going in this way,for example almost all the centers in the italian team were trained in some way in outside skills during thier career, many teams create amazing SF and we are starting to see some PF and so on,the difference still rely on primary skils...no matter how strong a center can be in outside skills, but a 100k C however will be beaten from his adversaries in C position(look at the salary of Switzerland's big man)

I'm not talking about 100k C's. Our NT is on half way at the moment, no player has finished his training yet. But well trained multiskilled C's with wage 250-300k can compete with any C's I have seen on TL yet (but surely there can be better players which haven't been on TL yet).
And it's always strange, if some player is C. Good multiskilled C should be more PF than C (but some of them can be close to PF).
At the moment there are 10 players with 300k+ salary at transfer list, 7 of them are on NT rosters. I can hardly any of them imagine on roster if they were czechs.

I hope that you are talking about player actually out fo the Nt,because only one big man has 23 years or less, and the others except Hana are far from being at the level of the other Nt centers

Completely agree with you

I think that all the players with SB<11 would easily be in your Nt if they were czech

Bigger problem than age is potential for current NT bigmen.

Believe me, I wouldn't call him I would rather play with current 100k players.
