So anyone wanna do some predictions?

Representing the Big 8 : ?
Representing the Great 8 : ?
MVP : ?
Champion : ?

I'll go first

Representing the Big 8 : Barbarian Marauders, two teams (Hansen and Barbarian Marauders) split their games this year. Both used extra effort at home, but I believe with HCA and just overall a better team the Barbarian Marauders will take this
Representing the Great 8 : HCA will help the Hayward Lumberjacks pull this out, fouls from the Bobcats4Life will also help as well, could be a very close game.
MVP : Harout Armenakyan
Champion : Hm..Hayward Lumberjacks for now just because of that HCA

Hopefully the injury to Hayward Lumberjacks's backup PF doesn't hurt him that much..

I will avoid predictions, to avoid for jinxing anybody's hopes and dreams.

I would however like to host the 1st annual D III.4 Award Ceremony of Champions, Winners, and Conquering Heroes!
Please hold all applause until after the managers have come up to receive there trophy.

Beginning as Bot Award: Findley Flight
Well technically he didn't begin as a bot (as the Hayward Lumberjacks well know), but he was as close as they come.
He provided us with the great privilege of not being stuck with a real D. II team, and for that he admire you.

Ending as Bot Award: Georgia Tech
Apparently he couldn't take the pain of losing. His struggles let to indecision, his indecision led to indigestion, his ingestion led to aggravation, and his aggravation led to extermination.

The Losing Strategy Award: Kokka from Tachenko
You may think this is a strategy that can't achieve success, but think again! Tachenko has been around the block a few times, enough to know what works and what doesn't. His methods may be madness, but his madness kept him in D.III 4 another season.

Life Gives you Lemons Award: Jusmccarthy of the BuckNuts
With the lemon of a 174k salary roster, BuckNuts made lemonade by ending with a 13-9 winning record in the Big 8.

Going Down with the Ship Award: Horns23 of the San Diego Eagles
They didn't freak out about losing. They didn't try to acquire new players. They didn't try to sell mainstay players to save salary costs. They stood on the bow of the ship and went down like it was the way of the sea.

Eye of the Tiger Award: NetteB16 of the Hayward LumberJacks
They fought hard, they trained hard, and they achieved their goal of having the best record.

Las Vegas Award: Gforce03 of the BobCats4Life
BobCatsLife are going all in on this all or nothing gamble. If they win and all is gravy, but if they lose, I'd hate to see their economy page.

Playing Possum Award: Sparrow of the Royal Challengers
Knowing a bot was going to fill the #8 spot, Royal Challengers sold of their team to the salary floor. He was biding his time until it was the perfect time to strike, which sent the Big 8 into a mad scramble to avoid 6th place.

Patriotic Award: Dangrel of the Rogues
If this team doesn't want to make you put your hand over your hearts, then you hate America.

Most Confident Award: Virtuouz of the Philadelphia Phantasm
This team is good and Virtuouz is not afraid to tell you that himself. Led by his star Terranova he was just shy of being Rookie of the Year.

Rookie of the Year Award: FamousJus of the LBC Soldiers
Just edged out the Phantasm because of PD and won their head to head game. He had an impressive season we all just wished he talked.

Chatterbox Award: Lemony of the Bunny Humpers
If it wasn't for Lemony, III.4's forums will still be in a state of stagnancy. We broke 200th post this year in this thread alone, and we couldn't have done it without this guy. His is also the most likely to be found in the in game chat

The Uncharted Territory Award: uncletazmo of the Michigan Blasters
There is no better word to describe this team other than the the word "enigma". You never know what the score of his games will be.

Solid as a Rock Award: LHansen21 of Hansen
Possibly one of the only owners to make no changes to his roster the whole season. Familiar with star players? I'm thinking yes.

Lucky Dog Award: PackPower of the Running Red Wolves
While the Big 8 did everything short of selling their mother to make the playoffs, Red Wolves crept in the #4 spot in the Great 8 with a losing record.

King of the Hill Award: Ramquizibo of the Barbarian Marauders
The Big 8 was more like a Mountain this year and a very steep one at that. It came down to the final games of the season, but the Marauders managed to edge out the others for the #1 spot.
