I did PG/SG/SF Ball Handling because my minutes got a bit screwed up due to my cup game i wanted to win. I'm pleasantly surprised though.

7 pops from 6 players out of a possible 8 guys(six guys with 48+mins and two guys with mid 30s)

I messed up because of the cup game which I also wanted to win but could beat the mighty Vidamor. It was a close game until the 4th quarter when Vidamor took the game away from my team.
So I got only 1 pop not i wasn't even training it.

I only got 1 out of 3 pops this week as well. Don't worry, next week the other 2 should pop then you change what your training :P Works for me!

True, I haven't really been rotating my training. Might start doing it.

For an 18 year old that's pretty impressive. His superstar potential means he can really be a monster in a few seasons. I know it might be hard but if you have a throw-away game or two throughout the season and can play him at a guard position to get some Jump Shot training, that would be beneficial, because atrocious JS is tough to have. Keep up the good work!
