I have been training Pressure, Passing, and 1-on-1 back and forth. Usually it's two-position training, but I did a fair bit of single-position training, too.
I can't tell you exactly for how long because I'm really not that organized - please don't use this against me; I'm just trying to be as honest as possible here - and I did interrupt this routine of mine with couple of Jump Shot and Outside Shooting trainings here and there, but all in all, I have been training my guards like this on and off for a couple of seasons now.
I understand that majority of them are at age when their training speed is probably severely decreased, but as I said above, I really started their training awhile ago when they were much younger than now, and I just though that by now, given one or two more trainings, I would finally start to see some results.

EDIT: In particular, I'm concerned with progress of this guy -> (9210847)

Part of the reason he is training slow, is because he is 27. What level trainer do you have?

Sorry
pretty much all of the reason is because he's 27
there will be virutally no more pops for him
stop training...it's a waste
best at 18...slow at 25
doesn't happen at 27

Aside from Lech Tarsa you have no players worth training
and you don't seem to be training him
you are paying a trainer for nothing

To both you and Headless T Gunner:
I agree that his age - as well as age of my other "trainees" - is an issue, but please read my post in it's entirety, I started his training when he was much younger than this and there were still no pops. That is primarily what I'm confused about, as well as the reason why I still train him even at this age - over the course of seasons he received so many trainings that he just have to pop for at least one more time, in either OD or PA. Well, in my opinion anyway.
Just for the record, I had players in the past popping at age of 27. And I have seen other managers' players pop at even older age, so I must disagree with Headless T Gunner statement how players completely stop improving after age of 27.

EDIT: I have Lvl.5 trainer, by the way, so that is definitely not an issue.

I still get booted every 5 minutes or so, Idon't notice any change. I never have this problem with any other site I have ever used from any computer in my entire life.

Which browser are you using? I have no trouble with Firefox or IE, but Safari (which is my default browser) can't keep me logged in BB.
