well... with a
5/3
4/4
4/5
3/5
and a 3/3

I like my odds of getting 2 of these guys with my current pick.

With how many team turnovers there have been in my league this season... including the #2 team in my conference botting and being replaced on the 19th, and lone wolves on other side quitting and going bot and posting on league post he's doing it...

tanking would only have been possible by playing CT every game. (edit) or by not doing a full lineup, but that would eefect training minutes.

I did not do that as I on top of training my players whom I realize only 1 will ever be more than a temporary role player kinda guy for my team, and that's debatable depending on draft....

that building my arena up to where I want it more quickly, would be in my better interest. This is done by bringing in more profit. which is done by winning games.

also, more games due to playoffs/relegation... more opportunities for 1 position training.

I also see little point to tanking in D. V

when I can be a perfectly uncompetitive-ish team in D. IV, making more money, and still get great draft prospects there until my team is even remotely resembling a team of caliber such as people get traditionally here.

all-in-all this is incredibly off topic, please PM me for further convo on this matter

Definitely put the 4/5 guy first and the 3/5 guy second. After that the 4/4 and then the 5/3. I would put other people above the 3/3 though.

So, my trainee logged 22 minutes mostly off-position and got injured so he's out for the week. I'm going with team training, either Stamina or Free Throws. His stamina is 4, FT is 2, which one do you guys figure I should go for?

If I can get him a full 48 minutes in position next week (which is probably the case), then I'll resume the normal stat training. That's why I'm asking which one I should prioritize if I only go for one.

Well. Since his st is 4 and ft 2, what is an issue for the rest of the team? Would the rest benefit from stamina or ft

I think what the guys are saying here is; it doesn't matter what your trainees states are for Stam and FT, he is not going to get training because he is injured.

If you are going to train Team Training, then you need to look at the rest of the team and see what you could benefit from.

Secondly, if your trainee has a 1 week injury, it is quite likely that he could miss more than 7 exact days, this would mean that he might miss a full weeks training in the second week, hence, the having the plan for 2 weeks of off schedule Team Training, just in case.

If you are asking which training type to do for an injured guy... none.
