Too bad for Ventola, i thought they were going to win their home game in the tie-break.

But congratz to AmenRa, they have proven now they deserve to be the BBBL champion, after defeating Ventola in the finals without HCA !


The "chess play" in the tie-break :

While Ventola decided to use apparently exactly the same tactics as in the first home game, and with the same line-up, hoping it would bring them fortune for a second time just like in their first home game, AmenRa decided to adapt their tactics, after learning leassons from his first game defeat @Ventola, and it certainly paid off !

What a thriller these finals were ! In the third game,until the start of the fourth quarter, Ventola had been continuously leading in the game, and was virtual BBBL champion. But everything changed in "money time" of the final game, when AmenRa took over, and never let go after that.
And with this, AmenRa has now done a three-peat !! (three times BBBL champ in a row)

Congrats to AmenRa for yet another title that was brilliantly won! Sad for ventola but he put on a real fight too so well done as well! And now let's see what novelties the new season will bring us...

Congratulation to Amenra, going in without TS and HCA advantage and still turning it into a win was brilliant.

@Jona : I feel sorry for you, you used to take lots of unnecessary risks and yet that you play safe it doesn't pay off. Too bad :(

tout d'abord, merci pour vos félicitations !
des 3, c'est certainement le plus difficile et le plus beau.

j'avoue que je n'étais pas très optimiste avant le Game 3. le HCA étant tellement important (le dernier champion BBBL sans avoir le HCA était Joe évidemment lors de la saison 23 vs Boes), j'étais donc obligé de prendre des risques d'où l'option de faire jouer Vasseur comme SG pour notamment limiter l'impact offensif de Gumula. mes soucis avec une telle tactique étaient :
- aucune rotation possible au niveau de mon secteur intérieur
- Gato vs Undrits en AS. Undrits n'étant pas un AS, je craignais les shoots extérieurs de Gato.

le GS de Zejnati + les 6 fautes de Gumula + le match 5 étoiles de Machovcak ont fait penché la balance de mon coté.

sorry pour Jona, encore une seconde place...

pour ma part, je repars encore pour une saison avec la même équipe.
Zausnig (et Clabots) sera le seul joueur encore entrainé.
malgré Vasseur vieillissant, je viserai clairement la passe de 4 :-)
et pourquoi pas un tour de plus en B3 (finalement, je perds contre le futur gagnant)

mais je sais très bien que Joe (si renfort), Mizu, Jona, Providence, ... auront la même ambition que moi !

I'm feel sad for Ventola, it was so close until the last 6 minutes. Congratz to AmenRa for his finals, what a amazing accomplishment to succeed a three peat !

I've always thought "long term" and in the end, I was never close to winning the championship ... But you shoud do as you feel.

I sometimes think that with a little more guts I could do like Joe, Mizu or Amenra.
