The only way to get players that good at that age is constant Single position training 48 minutes everyweek.

as i heard ikstens get 2 position training, and one of the other top ten players motte get salary "neutral" guard training since nearly 1,5 seasons.

yes, that's true... starting from draft til the end of last season, it has always been PF/C trainings, trying to stay in 48-86 minutes a week. there were no individual trainings for Ikstens, so i can only 'blame' potential for the fast skill pop-ups!

Potential helps a lot, I remember Elias training at the very begining; up until skill 10, during the first season he played, he poped up nearly every week when training only 1 position.

Actually, unless I am mistaken, it doesn't change training at all up until you get to the limit of the player's potential.
Meaning that in most cases, unless it's really low, you won't see the effects of potential until 4 or 5 seasons from when he was drafted.
I'm guessing height had more to do with it.

That is the official decree but in my experience there are clearly players who train faster than others. Whether it has to do with potential or some hidden rating such as a players physicalness/propensity to foul.

Nah, that's just poor training.
