Definitely put the 4/5 guy first and the 3/5 guy second. After that the 4/4 and then the 5/3. I would put other people above the 3/3 though.

So, my trainee logged 22 minutes mostly off-position and got injured so he's out for the week. I'm going with team training, either Stamina or Free Throws. His stamina is 4, FT is 2, which one do you guys figure I should go for?

If I can get him a full 48 minutes in position next week (which is probably the case), then I'll resume the normal stat training. That's why I'm asking which one I should prioritize if I only go for one.

Well. Since his st is 4 and ft 2, what is an issue for the rest of the team? Would the rest benefit from stamina or ft

I think what the guys are saying here is; it doesn't matter what your trainees states are for Stam and FT, he is not going to get training because he is injured.

If you are going to train Team Training, then you need to look at the rest of the team and see what you could benefit from.

Secondly, if your trainee has a 1 week injury, it is quite likely that he could miss more than 7 exact days, this would mean that he might miss a full weeks training in the second week, hence, the having the plan for 2 weeks of off schedule Team Training, just in case.

If you are asking which training type to do for an injured guy... none.

He got injured on Saturday after having played 22 minutes as I said, so he's getting some training. Anyway, I had read somewhere that team training either doesn't take minutes into account, or they're not as important, isn't that so?

Regardless, the guy got injured on Saturday. It is possible that the 1 week injury causes him to miss 5 games (plus half a game he's already missed), however it is very unlikely. You can't be seriously asking me to assume that he'll miss 2 games this week plus an entire week more and plan with that in mind. Yes, if that happens, then it's team training for two weeks, yes, but that wasn't the question.

The question was which one of the two training options you guys think is more effective or useful for a single week's training. It wasn't even that important, I could have tossed a coin. In fact, I think I'll do just that. Thanks for the input.
