So you criticise us to have ONE member of our staff that naever talk in here. Your staff nver appear. And please stop talk in "insulting"


again I have never said this or criticised you for this. I dont care if he posts in here or not. I do care when you say yourself, that he has very little time to help you... These are 2 very different things. Please start getting your facts right.

ou "criticise" my position as a candidate and as I understand my reasoning behind my candadicy. However, I dont understand how you can give your support to a group off candidates openly stating that they are a 3 man team, off whom 2 lack the real experience to compete at a higher level and where the 3rd person that should bring in the tactical knowledge at higher level really doesnt have the time to do this job??


You said that today. You don't remember it???? I think I don't need to look dor a post older than this one where you say that he doens't has time to help because he doens't post here

Again, you said that earlier. And, if your team members aren't posting here is because:

1- They don't have time
2- They lack in interest
3_- The both

yup it is the same for my staff team.

however they are not the people that bring the tactical knowledge as the person that is in your team has the most knowledge and has very little time. you said this yourself... so the very important person in your team has no time and the scouts in my team have no time, I dont see this as a problem because we dont need to do scouting since we have a tool to do this... see the difference? I bet you dont, because you cant or dont want to see the difference...

We never said that he would bring the knowledge. We just said he could help, because you doubted our skills. And, if we say he will help us, it's because he will help us.This thread has over 200 posts, with replys being posted in every 3 minutes. Helping us in tactical issues, he only takes maybe half an hour. BEcause we will do everything, and then, ask him about what we would change. I don't think it takes much time.

And about your staff team, if they aren't helping with tactical issues, neither with scouting issues, what are they doing? Maybe they are in your team just because you needed names. Or maybe theyare there to give you moral support.

Remember when I said the 2 options one person has when he doesn't know how to receive a critic? Well maybe you don't remember, since you didn't remember many of the things that you had said. So here it goes:

1- You can't take the critic, so you stop answering
2- You can't take the critic, so you start insulting or atacking

You chose the 1st one. This is not the first time you log off after someone questioning you or when the debate turns to our side. What will you do when you have all the BB comunity criticizing you? Will you assume your mistake? Or will you just run away?

Hello everyone

I have decided not to respond to certain people any longer. To anyone that wants to have a healthy debate, please feel free to ask anything you want and I am more than happy to answer.

To my portugese friends I want to say only 1 thing, I will leave it up to the english voters and the english community to believe whether I am running away or whether I am doing the sensible thing. I will leave it to the english community to decide whether they are happy with my ideas and my plans and to whatever conclussion they get, I am more than happy to accept and respect their decision when they have voted who they believe who would made the best coach.

I do believe that I am the best candidate and that I have enough enthusiasm ,time and knowledge to get the most out off the U21 team. In case the english community votes another coach as the U21 coach, that coach will get my full support and help when needed.

good luck to all the candidates in this election and lets hope we can get the U21 team back on track...

Well, if you're not defending yourself, it means I'm right. A few hours ago, you were accusing us of not being able to take critics. Before you said that, we had benn for days answering all the questions that were made to us, and defending ourselves from the users who said we were unexperienced, with no time or bad english talkers. The fact is, it didn't matter if they were right or wrong. The fact is, we didn't give up on defending ourselves. That's what you have made, more than one time,. The thing is, you are not ready to deal with the pressure of being a NT coach. Runing away is not going to solve your problems, instead, it will make them worse.

I don't know if you're going to answer me, but I don't care. I just wanted to show this to all the English comunity
