kozlo the main thing for me is that that the effectiness of blocking should be somehow in the near of the extra salary, i know that you can't weigth all skills exactly about their importance but i believe that blocking was(!) the only skill who was far off.
Nowadays, i still need to figure out how big the altered shot thing is, but for blocks himself i think it was like before.
Edit_: + that the training makes a bit sense.
