I think it shouldn't be allowed to name a team "BOSTON LAKERS", entirely on caps lock
i have seen so many teams with actually offensive names like swear words or sex acts that a name with caps is the least of the worries we face
maybe there would be less stupid names if everyone got the free name change in the first two weeks
