I think that what matters here is whether we are gonna see important changes on the game or not. Nobody cares if wolph or other user leaves(don't get me wrong, I wish that nobody leaves).

But the reality is quite clear. The game needs several adjustments, and we are not seeing any "effort" from the BBs in order to make BB a better game.

And believe me, we have in our hands the best online basketball game. It wouldn't be fair that the BBs let this super fun game get transformed into dust. But if they don't make the proper adjustments, I think sooner or later the game is going to collapse.

We might not see the BBs effort, but I do not believe they are doing nothing. What many people do not understand is that the game is not about the top 2500 teams. It is about the middle 40000, and making the game playable for those managers is more important than satisfying the possibly more vocal upper echelon of teams.

Also, I don't think your comment about fairness makes any sense at all. They owe nobody anything, except perhaps their loan officers.

when I refer to several problems of the game I didn't mean just the ones that top level teams have. I refer to problems in general, the ones that affect the top teams as the ones that affect low div teams.

Well that's your opinion, I respect that but I don't agree. We as consumers(and most of all, the ones that are supporters) deserve a better game. As I said, it's a really fun game but we need to start making some adjustments until it gets ruined.

how does

LI totally dominating the game
2/3 zone being useless
draft picks being 90% worthless
players being so cheap cause of free agents that middle tier teams have 2 bankrupt themselves 2 try 2 promote
training becoming worthless
5th being clearly better than 3rd or 4th

help the middle 40000?

& lots of us do pay

I don't think that LI totally dominates except at the top of the game. I have written about is before. Go check 50 d.iii leagues and see how LI does against other tactics. I did exactly that and found that it is not nearly as dominant. Same for 2-3. Draft picks are not worthless for lower division teams. In fact they are quite the opposite. Cheap players allow low division teams to improve their rosters. I disagree with you that training is worthless, and the lower level your team, the more important training is.

You pay because you choose to. I really cant figure out why someone would pay for aroduct that dont think is any good, but that is a different story. I do agree that, should they choose to shutter the game, the owners should stop accepting supporter payment and keep the game alive until the last package expires.

What are the problems that affect all teams? I believe that tanking should be addressed, and the developers have said they are working on a solution for that. People have said they want to know well in advance of any changes, so they should understand that the developers want to be very thorough in addressing the problem before they make a change. What's more, if the changes will hurt tankers, why do we need advance warning? We should spring it on the tankers without warning and screw their lame decision. And if you get caught tanking, tough luck. No?

i agree that li only dominates @ the top end of the game but @ d3 u can play princeton/fcp & still win cause the teams r so uneven so i dont need 2 check

what is clear is where teams r even in the best competitions li/m2m is trumps

draft picks r not worhless 4 lower div teams but same for guys they can pick off the tl for $1

i hope i didnt say training is worthless & sorry if i did cause i dont believe that but it has been eroded a lot

i pay for a product i think is really good im sure i said that in my post

but in the best online games the devs listen 2 feedback from the community & at least say something 2 address the perceptions if not actually do something

often in games like this perception = reality

so if "the community" thinks there is a problem there is

I don't think it is "even" comp that causes it. And best comps are such a minor fraction of this game, they should not be important when trying to develop the game.

You cannot get Superstar+ potential 18 year olds on the tl for $1k. In fact there are only 32 superstar+ potential 18 year olds available for less than $100k. I get your point, but I think you were overstating things a bit.

lol i never said superstar potential 18yos 4 $1k

but what u can get is fine $4k 18 yo allstars 4 $1k
or even $3k 19 yo superstars 4 $1k
right after the draft

the fact that u can get guys 4 $1k much more easily than u can draft them even if u spend $280k on scouting just seems wrong & out of balance
