So I was thinking about my team logos, and I noticed my last few ones have followed a unique trend that's oddly and unintentionally prophetic: (http://i.imgur.com/fyWii.png)

Anyway, I'm really excited for this season as I'm going back to one-position training young players, after I'd taken a sabbatical from it beginning in S18 to strictly train game shape with old players, a cheap and effective strategy that was fun in its easiness to manage. But seeing pops each Friday and building young players is something I really missed and it's refreshing to get back into it. I'd love to go 100% into training young players and get like six of them to make up for all my Lost Pops, but I'd have to demote a few levels which is a hard decision to make.a

No kidding, who draws away to D.II in week ONE.
Would be pretty funny to punt it and play A lineups in league games all season long. Talk about boom and bust...

I just drew an expressionist portrait titled "away to D.II in week ONE". And signed it as Vardis Sourpiss. So I guess the answer's me?

Like you and Myopic i was gone for awhile. LMA is the only team left from season 8 that hasn't relegated and returned

It's not close to breakeven on a weekly basis. Still need to add a 3rd big too. Even with a 1m+ payroll it wont be an effective 1m on the court most games.

9 players deep is far from enough as well.

didn't really look at my schedule til now.
seems i open the season with a road TV game vs. the cup champion. then play the league champion in game #2. outstanding...

Well, you had a 2 in 7 chance of drawing one of them early, and a 100% chance of drawing them both in the next 7 games of the season (kind of like the rest of your conference mates)....are you really surprised? :-)
