Does that achievement mean you need several people with the same first name and last name? Or just first name?

I have knocked over al the initial ones which are 2,3 & 4 players with the same 1st name. Next was 2 players with the same surname that i got today. The last one is 2 players with an identical name which i am about to start work on!
