There isn't really anything wrong with buying old veterans as a new manager. When you're new, you're going to make a lot of transfer moves, so you're not going to use the old players for too long.

Oke that's your opinion, and I respect that, but I think if you have 3 vets, who are also your keyplayers then you could have a big problem.I have 2 players some what old one is 32 not dropping skills and 35, I bought these players
at the beginning of this season, but iam only use these players as backups,so when they are dropping skills it won't hurt so much.35 player has already lost 2 skills,so you will pay more salary, cause you have to pay the same amount every week, all season long. What happens if you got 4 or 5 of those guys, you will lose a lot money, and your team is not getting better ,and the player will lose his value, maybe you bought them for 70 k,use them 1 season, how much do you think they will reward you when you trying to sell those guys, maybe 35k.
So in the end those kind of players are pretty expensive.
I know sometimes you could be lucky ,that you sell them for a bit more than you have payed for ,but not always..

*Thats why i don't like them vets, and you need a lot luck, when they gonna drop skils, what wil it be.
The player my 35 year old PF,dropped driving and handling, and that was pretty high anyway so that was lucky.
But suppose he had dropped JS and IS ,he would lose a lot his value for me even as a back-up and if I wanna sell him again

Im not all for the old guys, but the do have a value in this game for those not so fortunate to have gathered a large heap of cash yet. If you actually think it over when buying a veteran and dont pay to much money it can be a great short term investment that you couldnt afford otherwise.
And having a stronger player in your team may lead to more games won and that to higher profits all season long. So there isnt just one side to look at this.

I agree on that ,vets can be useful,if you use them wisely.
But iam not happy with them should have 3 or more on my roster,I just hate to see red arrows pointing down on my roster

** ohh,I think that we are not on topic anymore ,and I have created that sorry:).
I was trying to give this manager some advice ,how he could have a healthy cash flow again, and that his vets are the reason for that, because their salary is huge..
