To all those who ran in the election:

It seems there was significant chatter about how to improve the community and specifically make Canada more active. Where are you all? Now is the time to get involved. Both the U21 and NT are underway and your participation proves that you are worthy of future votes.

Game shape -2 pts as a team but still in pretty good shape. 3 GS9, 6 GS8, 4 GS7. Nobody lower.

The 11 players just below who are ready to be called up were +4 pts in game shape as a group. They are getting the BBmail messages about staying ready for U21 duty! This includes Josh Curley and Izyaslav Pavliuk who are only 20 years old!

Our GS on average is higher than theirs, 8.08 to 7.29, a pretty significant advantage. Also, their 2 top stars, PG Azevedo and PF Tubarao are both just GS 7.

We are now 3-0 after last week's 126-52 beatdown of Puerto Rico (34001). This time our defense held up for the entire game, keeping them 15 points or under in each quarter.

Game MVP to center Kasrot Ngidi (34359742) with a massive game of 30 points (14-17), 14 rebounds, and 5 blocks -- all game highs.

Manager MVP to Ngidi's owner, 85 FG% (33461), for the great training pops, minute management, and support and communication over BBmail. Ngidi still only shot 82% though buddy!

Game LVP to nobody, as every player on the court was looking good.

Go Canada U21 on Monday!

Welcome 20 year old Izyaslav Pavliuk (35217709) to the team for some added depth at the SG position. Getting his feet wet before a larger role next season! Great training as usual beanerz (24876)!

D'Aquino with a strong 1st, 8pts, 3reb. Up 20-16 and should be much more with a 22-9 rebound advantage!
