We were trailing by 13 at half, and managed to get it down to 3 at the end of the 3rd quarter. In a "take it easy" approach and Albert leading the way in scoring which never happens and isn't something we want to happen. But be that as it may, to rally back in that 3rd quarter, when we could of be like "tonight ain't our night" and roll over, we kept fighting, and now we can look forward to the all-star break, and hopefully rest for my players, who want NOTHING at all to do with the all-star game.
I think we lost to Risers around this time last season, when we were in the mix of getting our players enegry back up. So, we've been here before, we know how to bounce back and what to expect as we move farther into the season. We're not to concerned about this regular season lose. I know stakes are high on this team, and people will probably be talking about this game, until we take the court again, and show everybody that things are okay here. We've never been one of those teams that go 22-0.
But, give VB credit, they came in here and left with the "W"
Were not a concern team, and clearly we weren't up for this game.
We know we're gunna get everybodies best (when you go back2back finals) and sometimes we arent gunna match their energy, and thats all it is. But id like to end this interview by saying, those guys over there, are a very good team, and are being coached as great as u can possibly coach a team
