Marin, It's too easy to refer to the game manual. This concerns more managers than just the buyers and sellers of the affected transfers. With all due respect to division II or III teams, but this will also influence this seasons B3 tournament where differences between teams are very small.

The current B3 champion bought a player for € 1,2 million which is below market value. I won't reveal his tsp because that's also not fair, but that's a really great player for B3 games who will have an impact. The player was bookmarked by 15 other managers and would sell for way more money than that.

Now you can say that the responsibility lies with the seller but 31 competing B3 teams are at a disadvantage because of this. The result of this bug is that at the start of the knock-outs of the most prestigious tournament in buzzerbeater you don't have a level playing field anymore. That's what's happening right now. And this is highly unfair to all other B3 competitors, myself included. 

To have a fair B3 tournament there's only one solution: you should undo the affected transfers.

The sellers did not pay salaries : fair or unfair ?
The buyers payed salaries : fair or unfair ?

That is just one more bug just after for example the 6-time economic update and the problems that resulted in France
The whole game become unfair !

you accept the small risk of the listing ending during a server down/bugged situation

Most managers would probably accept a small risk, but the problem is these crashes have become so commonplace that the risk is quite significant now. I've played this game for quite a while and prior to the past two seasons, I can't remember things like this ever happening.

I know you guys are moving to a new server soon, which should improve the stability issues, but in the meantime maybe introduce some contingency measures that delay transfers in case of the site crashing.

The transfers are always pushed back whenever possible, but things happen - the whole point is that it's unpredictable, hence not preventable. Yes, we have plans to increase site speed and stability next season, we'll see how that goes.

As for the comments made about the transfers giving some teams unacceptable advantage - all I can say is that this is pure luck. The guys that benefited couldn't have known that this would happen, so it's not like they did it on purpose.
