So basically you just want another button on the training page that says "Scout players twice who have at least __ amount of balls"

Did you even bother to read my post? If not, then the discussion is pointless.

There are many possible solutions, but the one I proposed here was that we were shown the stat line for each draftee at the beginning of the season (or some variation of that..maybe more than one, maybe one every 5 weeks, etc. etc. etc.), and we have a certain amount of scout "points" to use each week, depending on how much we invested that week. Then, based on the stat line, we decide who to scout (possibly even in what way...potential first, skills first, etc. etc.).

Could be much more interesting to add a button to Scout directly the players of the month you've been scouting

So you click once a month

The players apears (but you can do nothing with them) but hey at least on each starting month (like ticket prices) you will be able to "do" something with the draft. (remind a BB seasson is near 3 months and few weeks long so maybe 3 clicks can make a diference)

Of course then the people will claim to choose what player to scout twice... or not

Tell me what you think of this...At the beginning of the season you have a scouting page with the following options:

"Select form the following. Your scout will return in two weeks"

Scout C
scout PF
scout SF
scout SG
scout PG

>>then>> Let's say you chose C

scout C again (this will take four weeks)
scout PF
scout SF
scout SG
scout PG

>>then>> Let's say you scouted C again, you can just select another position.

note: not sure what would be a fair price just yet, but to scout again would of course be more expensive.

i didnt know that you can scout players by position! i thought that you can only scout 0-4 players by week

When a scout goes out to watch a game he decides whether or not the player is worth scouting again. If he believes player X is a 1 or 2 star player then why would he go see him again.


try to take it from another view, if he goes to a game where X is playing and in the opposing team(or the same one) is Y who also have the quality to get in the draft - should he close the eyes and sing lalala when Y makes a action or should he notice his game as well?

Or maybe the "weak" player Y, plays in a team close to your "city" which makes it easier to visit him.

I see it like Lord Afk, if you change the second visiting you have to change the drafting system to make it still sensefull to spend higher amount aof money.


If you put in 10k a week that is for 28 players. so they should scout 20 players give or take and then with the 8 reaming trips go over the 8 players that you think will have a chance to improve my ream.


is quite alot if you know nearly all your good players ...
