Marin realizes the idea, but i asked personally to him and to Nickleon:

it's now possible to buy 2nd team for 4 years with draftstreet option.

explain :D

i already used the draftstreet option to extend my supporter for 1 year...

As this discussion here is pretty meaningless, i would like to Point to a very interesting post by grullo

here goes my two cents

first of all, every original player in any utopia team ever should have allstar with * as potential, like players "born" before potential exists

i probably delete draft from utopia, at least, the potential in players here, so this avoid the tanking teams to get a first round HOF player, if you need players, draft them, but without potential

all the teams should be created with the same players, not mirror players but yes more or less, one could have two 7level skills in JS and JR and other team have them in PS and OD (this also means that every league in first season will have the same TV reward and the same salary floor)

i strongly think that the only hope to have a success life for utopia league is that everybody has the same chances to be top high

in less seriously way, i also ask to quit LI from tactics to use in utopia matches, in fact, i will only allow Isolations, patient, Push ball and movement, perhaps LP

pd.-> i wont pay for it, but if i get 90 more points with ads, i will sure be in utopia to delight my fans!!!

1. I don´t like the idea of separated potential for Utopia Players. This would only make sense, if you divide Utopia completely from the other bb world.

2. I don´t like the idea of no draft for Utopia - i think there should be a Little bit of a randomness for every Team, new circumstances and every Manager has to or will deal a bit differently with them - that´s part of the fun of a Manager game.

3. I do like the idea of same tv and Merchandising Revenue for the first season of Utopia. But only for the first, since afterwards everyone had the same starting Point and then it´s just a bit of luck which one has to have.....

4. I do like the idea of similar Players at the starting Point. As the bb always said it should be the most competitive league in bb, that would add a lot to the fun of the game. Maybe it could be worthy, to think about, that each Team will get the same amount of Players regarding potential and Age (both is very important as it´s a huge difference if you have an 18yo hall of famer or an 35 year old one) and maybe also experience. These Players could differ regardind their skills, but not regarding the sum of all skills. so for example there should be a Maximum of skills of 600 skill Points for each Team (haven´t calculated These, just for example) and they could vary for each Player, maybe it would be fun, if each Team had a really good Player (e.g. with 80 skill Points), a good one (e.g. with 70 skill Points) and so on.

5. I have serious concern regarding the Prices for Trainers/Managers. maybe every Team should be given an Trainer Level 4 or there should be a real flood of new Trainers.

So, what do you think about it?

I also like the 5th Point ;)

Have everybody to start with a level 4 coach, for like 15k salary....that would delay some teams of buying trainers and wouldn't transform market in something stupid.

I think the concern over trainers is overrated. Level 3 trainers are not that bad in comparison to level 4. Either way I believe there are enough trainers in level 3/4 to support most people's needs.

Also I think a significant amount of managers will ignore training in favor of advancing divisions.

I'm not sure having high skill players make much sense for new teams. The more variation at starting skills the less competitive the starting rosters will be. The less luck involved in the beginning the better IMO.

Thank you for reminding me about trainers LOL

*runs off to buy a trainer*

Agreed with someone else, there is absolutely no need o make an influx of trainers to the staff market. Levels 3/4 are enough for training anyway.

I don't know if someone has already raised it but here is my thought:

I think all games should take place in the same time, like our national leagues. It hit me, as I see my current condition in my league: I'm 2nd and if I win on Saturday (which is on my hand, as my opponent selled his team), I'll finish 1st. But here is the catch: The 4th team of my league is harder than the 3rd and my main C just recovered from injury and he'll have bad GS, so I really need a week to get his GS back on track.

Now, the 3rd team (the easier to beat) is selling their players but is facing a rather weak opponent on Saturday. Are they going to win? If yes, they'll finish 3rd, if not they'll finish 5th and the hard team will finish 3rd! A mess, really.

It would be convenient for me to lose and the 3rd team to win (to get them on 1st game of playoffs) but I don't know what's gonna happen so I won't risk and play to win. But if the game was earlier (like some of the Utopian games) I would know what to do. And this is just a scenario. Another team may TIE a game and play with reserves or CT knowing an earlier game's score to achieve whatever they want.

In the final games of a season, teams that play later, due to local times have a significant advantage knowing some scores that may be crucial to make some decisions.

What do you think?
