The reporter seems to be mathmatically challenged, as I am quite sure it's only 9 wins. lol

America's Team has won 10 straight league games. (never question the quality of Panther Press or their reporting staff). Also, since you were nitpicking -- it has to be pointed out that you spelled "mathematically" wrong.


1 - Baylor Bears, 2- Boston Warriors, 3 - Law Dawgs B.C., 4 - Johnston County Bootleggers, 5 - Minsk - 2006, 6 - DJ Stars, 7 - Extreme23, 8 - Black Death, 9 - Casa Grande Aztecs, 10 - Smurf Village Smurfs. That = 10?


To be clear, that's not counting their scrimmage wins. (like their win over the "swagganauts" at "swagg city" arena.)

Also, did Spain make a deal with America's Team? It seems that America's team is using Spanish players in place of good ol' Americans!


American companies are this doing all the time nowadays. The cheap labor of foreigners just saves too much money too pass up.

Actually, some of the players like Kurtzio Aranzabal and Carles Pello who are from Spain moved to the U.S.A when they were very young. In a way they are Americans, just not true Americans.

well, I was counting competitive(league and cup) games. The loss in the cup breaks it up at 9. I wouldn't call that "nitpicking" when I was just pointing out an erroneous statement.Sorry about the misspelling there, must've missed the E key. :)

Have you noticed how popular Jersey Shore is? Americans love foreigners....I'm sure if MTV put out a show called "Spanish Armada" and based it out of San Antonio then it would be a hit. What's more American then watching foreigners do stuff while we sit on our lazy butts?

Well now it's 10, even by your standards! AngerFist, meet America's Team!!!

Counting the cup game vs. a D2 team is kind of harsh as America's Team treated it like a scrimmage. Remember that America no longer has a AAA credit rating, so take it easy on America!

But really -- when talking about winning / losing streaks, isn't the common assumption regular season games? Besides in the context of the article (focused on playoff positioning) it's pretty clear what was meant.

I am not entertained.

*it is an exciting finish to the end of the season. Can America's team move to the #2 seed? Will they be forced to win on the road in rd 2 and rd 3 of the playoffs?
