Yes i really like bright one logo, and banner is perfect! Its kinda missing 1 finger or small tip of it, but i doubt its a problem for me.

Maybe you could try instead of white color around logo give it light blue tone?

Also My arena is named opposite from team name to be hot, but not sure if its hot? (strange ye :) ). Could you think anything with cold and hot/fire in arena and mix it somehow?

So, I want logo,banner and arena for first and second team :)
Can you create ?
Main things: man or dog, flag(Lithuania),shield(like Gediminas pillars). Colours: red,yellow,green.
