I'm only going to put my 18yo trainee up. I couldn't get a good american draftee so I got this Italian player the first week of the season and I have been training him ever seen.

Libero Fustini (22685582) Point Guard

Weekly salary: $ 3 217 estimated on BB-manager to be around $ 3,950

Age: 18
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: strong ↑ Handling: strong
Driving: pitiful Passing: strong
Inside Shot: respectable ↑ Inside Def.: atrocious
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: awful Free Throw: average

I'm train him to be like this:
$38, 138
Jump Shot: Sensational Jump Range: Proficient
Outside Def.: Sensational Handling: Sensational
Driving:Proficient Passing: Marvelous
Inside Shot: Proficient or Prominent Inside Def.: Inept
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: awful Free Throw: average

His drive will be handle at 23 to 24. I hope to get the ID pops by training pressure. Passing doesn't have to get to 15 but it would make capping easier. I'm training OD right now.

Plan on OD for the rest of season. Anyone know how much I could expect to receive if I sold them late this season?

Here's my PF that i've been working on since he was 18. This season i'm focusing solely on OD, aiming at at least Strong before changing, might do a bit on 1v1 to raise Dr & Ha to Strong aswell... Have you guys got any ideas?

Potential: allstar

Jump Shot: respectable(7) +2 Jump Range: strong(8) +1
Outside Def.: average(6) Handling: inept(4) +2
Driving: respectable(7) +3 Passing: strong(8) +1
Inside Shot: strong(8) +3 Inside Def.: proficient +2
Rebounding: strong(8) ↑ +6 Shot Blocking: proficient(9) +2
Stamina: inept(4) Free Throw: pitiful(2)

Experience: pitiful(2) +1

put a lot of work into him. he improves slowly and isn't much better than some 18yo premium drafts. but i like him, so he is my favorite trainee ;-)

I'm training him as a PF. What would be the smartest skill for me to train next and so on? I'm currently doing one on one (Forwards).

Jump Range or Rebounding. JR trains slower as the trainee gets older. he may be shorter then most PF but it still trains slowly.

I would train JR because it would elastic effect JS and is hard to train with age. Also wait on the DR for later on in the plans because DR is not slowed by height and can pop easier later in seasons. RB should be on the agenda soon because he is short for PF but just right for SF. Good luck!
