Will do sir. I think he has decent chances because P. Allstars don't cap until long after they are 21. He has no chance at making NT but he has an okay chance at making U21NT if he continues to train him the correct way in my opinion.

This statement is just as wrong as it was the last time you made it. (196854.133)

It all depends on how you train him. If he plans on making him a 3 skilled monster (Inside scoring, rebounding, inside D) then there is a chance he could cap in the middle/the end of his 21 year old season but if you train some secondaries then he's fine IMO. we can agree to disagree though.

Monay is right on this one:

1. If you train a lot secondaries on a big man, he will not make the U21 team. Look at the type of bigs we have on the roster: Trenton Funk, Wofford, Beaucage $136K salary. Then remember in the past we've had elite big men like William Sanders, Marcus Miller, Len Nielsen, all with excellent primaries. You can't afford to take time to train secondaries and compete with all the people training primaries.

2. If you train straight primaries, PAS builds will cap long before they can be useful to the U21 team. Look at those big men I listed, a PAS player would have been capped way before that, meaning they capped somewhere in their 20yo season. That means they won't be improving much if at all in their 21yo season if you did put them on the roster, meaning that top big men from other countries would dominate them at the end of the season.

3. A real-world example from the top of my head: Clayton Sikes (19243863), pretty much capped at $80K salary when he was turning 21, only mild salary increase since then (~$10K in a full season of training, not much for a big man when every primary pop is at least that much of an increase in salary). How is a PAS big like Sikes (caps at $80-90K) going to compete with a big man like Beaucage or Funk ($120K+ and still plenty of room to improve)?

Is there anything else you need to know to convince you that there is virtually no way a PAS big man can make the U21 roster?

Just keep training the 21 year old to marvelous OD, after that, go to driving to get that+handling up. Get driving to prominent. Handling to proficient. then after that, just get DR to wondrous, handling to sensational. If you do that + do some OD training, and save JS for last, since that eats salary. Hopefully you'll have a guy like this

JS: wondrous-marvelous
JR: prolific-sensational
OD: stupendous-colossal
HA: sensational
DR: tremendous-wondrous
PA: keep it at prolific, you'll proably get 1-2 more pops in it due to cross-training

Now for the 22 yr old, he might take a while due to his 1 more year aged, but get to training OD. get it to wondrous before you do anything else. Driving+handling=sensational, prolific
then PA to sensational since he's shorter than the 21 yr old. He'll be more suited for a PG. Then back to OD, get that to prodigous. JS to marvelous. Now, he may not cap at what yall think, I'll do a caluation of training after I'm posting this. Hopefully you can get his skills like this:

JS: marvelous
JR: prolific-sensational
OD: prodigious
HA: prolific
DR: sensational-tremendous
PA: sensational-tremendous

For the 22 yr old, it'll be tough, so you may want to just make the 22 yr old the skills that best suit your team.

In my opinion. Honestly i don't think either of your players have a chance, due to the fact that they are too far behind schedule. There are already some 19-20 year old players that have the same skill sets as these two which makes it harder for these two to make it. The 22 year old only has a chance if you make him a beast SF and then maybe when he is 26ish he could get brought up to the NT but that means your other trainee would seriously get gipped from his potential.

hmmmmm, i don't think nts like p. allstar, they only like superstr+, not even superstar, more than likely mvp is the way to go but if he is the conrerstone mof your team keep him........and stop training JR, train JS.....JR is less important than JS man.....
