AH HA! You are the owner of Erza Prather....
You are a lucky man!
I have experience with similar player... so could guess approximate skill levels for him (do not deny nor confirm any for strategic purposes), but wondered... will you make him SF or sell? or Neither? or don't want to share (also a good suggestion)

My season I can tell you.... is the most critical i will ever have, as it determines if I have to sell Paul Salas, or can keep him to be a U21 player.

help him Troy......he can be very competitive in my division....I already know who you're thinking of........none other than Mr. Paul Salas. Tell him what you did for Salas........then he'll use it for Prather.......Prather could be in U21 or NT.....Cometahalley, don't let this guy go! He's a once in a career opportunity....and D5 is best to train the players of your future, he's the player of the future for CRF Flamengo!

Yah, he was on my top 3, lucky to get one of them... Ill have to work him to get his skills up, right now hes not that good...

Either way, hes 6'6", so depending on howtall my center is, i can play a big as PF and play him as SF, but he should b able to play as PF np... Why, do u see a prob of him playin PF?

Yeah but he's 6'6... so he should be an SF...

Thats why I am TL my 1 prospect guy, cause he's an SF... their hard to train if you haven't trained a big-man and a guard already...

It'd be like training Dan Roe from the Green grove Lasers and Paul Salas from my team at the same time....
its tricky. cause you have to train the primary stats, but manage salary as well..

ex: my guy I am selling, i *could* keep him... but if I don't sell him, if I don't promote, and with my arena size even if I do... I'd prob have to sell Salas as his salary will be ridiculous after next season.

also the training speed at 6'6 I don't know what it is for guard vs big-man skills...

but he'd want to have good OD and ID both, def good PA HN and JS.

REB can be over-rated at SF....

Thats as far as I know.

Ok, so worthy to sell would be... like, after a few weeks when TL less flooded... or after 2 seasons of him being trained solely every week.

um... ok. send me a bb mail Troy Valmont
and I can.... help as much as I can without butchering we'll call it.

But def you want to use the offsite forum thing it says in his profile (it has issues if you use comcast)... and get more EXPERT advice for training an SF.

I like SFs that can rebound, play inside and out, give extra mobility to the team... Ideally id work on his RB, ID, OD and IS...

What do u mean by trainig the skills while keepin the salary down? Also, whos Salas? Is that the guy u picked?

U played Salas on pretty much every game last season... My picks arent good enough to play on the main team, i might put them on the bench or play them on SCs to give them court time...

I ended up drafting him, a SG and a PG

for a trainee, you play them every day to make sure they get their minutes.

REB makes salary jump up a lot. and, because if you don't promote out of D V, there's no way to keep affording a player of MVP or HOF or ATG potential to point here they can be u21 or NT

I got Coleman for example; he plays backup and plays ALL scrimmage. Usually gets 25mins at regular season games that eeither are not great or are blowouts........when in games that matter that week he's usually 8-10,....but anyways, 1 recommendation is play him like this
Strting lineup
PF-Starter=starter, backup=Erza Prether reserve=Erza Prether
ALWAYS START him in cup or scrimmage or cup games, heres a tip
1. Dress less than 9 players
2. this is how PF positionn should look;
starter; Erza Prether, backup, Erza Prether, reserve, Erza Prether
Tactics; Look inside (to give the ball to Prether)
Coach=Strictly Follow Depth Chart
Defense=2-3 zone (I think 2-3 zone is inside based, so that can help Prether)
There you are. But I suggest start him against Tar Heels. He'll be beast!
Lineup vs. Tar Heels
PF, Starter; Prether, backup, pf, reserve= Prether.
THat's what you should do for this first game. Remember, I'd recommend training Inside Scoring or Inside Defnese for about 4 weeks,........just a rough estimate, hope it'll help
