Citing numerous variables doesn't prove that there isn't a hidden one though so the possibility remains.

Much like how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop, the world may never know.

nice post...

i also like this israeli guy and think he was trained very well.

i dont think motte or the other very expensive guys are very much better then a guy with 70k less salary. but dont forget..its a game...i think such a player is a "econimcal desaster" for nearly each team, becuase you can get two really guys for the same amount. but im still happy about motte because he is maybe the best german player at this moment. and he is in my team :-)

dont forget about this aspect....proud and honour :-)

Will we have the first team battle of 2 of the high wage monster guys in our next PL game??? Motte v Zadok!!

I might be mad but i'm going to keep training Zadok...he better be as good as selling shirts and merchandise as I hope he is at shooting hoops!!

By the way, you had big luck because some coach from Israel which retire, tried to buy him but the genius forget and he has above 6M so say thanks ;)
I also thought to buy him but that's not fitting with my team's rebuild..

Anyway, as Israel last coach, I don't disappointed that you bought him because you're good coach, and you have the same motives to keep him in good form, even much better with your eminent tournaments..

The only disappointment is that he was should keep train his Interior skills.. and I guess you only will work on his subsidiarity, and not always, no ?

Of course, enjoy the monster :)

He will be enjoyed and yes he will hopefully get Outside training with the slight chance of an secondary Insdie pop (although im hoping not this season!)

I hope you are able to find another suitable national team player for your retiring farmer.

And with that we have our first proof that the training of this guy was supposed to be taken to the next level by a team with zero interest in continuing in the game.

In this case a kind retiring farmer.

Now who said they were just managers with the joy of managing one great NT player??? Absolute codswallop.

I don't think any else player with 150-200K could interested you expect of Zadok.. he really amazing with his subsidiarity and the inside balance.. he trained driving for forwards since he bought him until now.. and that's join his great initial subsidiarity..

We hope to keep produce more and more smalls Zadoks :)

You are right.. as an OD/PA/JS trainer i have a long term hope i could even get him to become a PF as his natural position but age/height and me prioritising other trainees may prevent that.

Either way, one slip domestically and he goes from being just affordable to not affordable... so as nice as he is he is just another player that i have to be careful not to give more than 65-75mins a week game time whilst keeping up a winning streak.

The fun is going to be the PL and BB3 games then i hope domestically too... and i will say again i am happiest he didnt go to one of your farm teams... these players are affordable with proper planning to many teams and I hope that the majority do end up in genuine teams for real managers to enjoy.

I will continue my tirade on farm teams until they are stricken from inside the walls of BB!!!!
